Purpose of the Job:  - Provide strategic direction to the team on the digital marketing strategy and its linkages to Airtel's overall online brand positioning. This person should also be hands on and drive results and delivery. Not just direction and strategy. End to end ownership.   Deliverables:   - Define & develop digital marketing campaign strategies to generate and engage customers in digital environment.   - Define metrics to measure performance & ROI on all digital marketing campaigns.   - Marketing campaigns specific for mobile platform; building a robust ecosystem consisting of business and technology team for scalable and efficient Business on the Mobile platform   - Budget management and strategic bidding for online media   - Content ideation that is aligned to the larger digital marketing strategy of the company.  - Building strong internal partnerships to drive campaigns with lines of business. In addition to partnerships with the agency and managing those dynamics need to also establish and drive this.  - Build and manage a best in class and highly analytical team (not an individual contributor role)   Attributes:  - Appreciation for the brand & its essence   - Ability to articulate the brand essence through digital campaign  - Ability to articulate a communication strategy  - Need to have strong customer insights   - Creative thinking  - Need to have strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights and put them to work  - Need to have experience implementing or driving analytics solutions within the organization and driving a data based approach to decision making   - Quality experience in Digital Marketing
