Purpose of the Job:  - Coordination with Circle Tax Manager for various operational reports and issues related to VAT / Entry Tax / Entertainment Tax / Service tax / Income Tax regulatory etc  - Support for Indirect tax assessments and audits, Dot Audit etc   - Ensure complete Dash board and reports required of indirect tax   - Coordination with Tax Manager, Consultant, SCM, Vendors and Suppliers.   - Ensure proper coordination with RTM & SME.  - Handling income tax and Service tax issue   - Manage all Forms and Certificate dash boards  Key responsibilities:  - Ensure 100% dash board submit timely and Filling of Return within due date   - Coordination for Preparation the Replies & consideration of all aspects of hearings including attending the same as and when required.  - Coordination between Circle tax manager, Department and consultant for close the department queries and close the pending assessments.   - Timely follow up and ensure to collect and issue the Forms and Certificates like Form F, Form C, WCT and TDS certificate and Way bills.  - Keeping follow with the Department, Circle tax manager, SME and queries raised by them within a quick turnaround time  - Responsibility towards regular Reconciliation of all circle level statutory dues before payment in every month  - Ensure to compliance all Tax Bulletins and guidelines & Reporting to Corporate Office within the due date specified like OTC Compliance, MTR Compliance, CARO, Pendency Status of Assessment, Form F, Form C etc.   Educational Level:  - B.COM, Chartered Accountant (Inter)   Working Experience:  - At least 2-3 years of work experience preferably in Telecom or Taxation or related industry.
