Airtel - Data Customer Lifecycle Management (3-9 yrs)
Major Challenges :
- Develop & manage product portfolio roadmap for data growth
- Develop and maintain knowledge of latest market, competition, customer and technology trends
- Develop and implement methodology to continuously generate, prioritize & implement ideas for new data products
- Manage product launch life cycle; coordinate with RAD, regulatory, legal, technical, communications, IT, CSD etc.
- Develop GTM plan (# of retailers, ATL, etc.)
- Manage execution as per plan
- Set revenue, adoption and usage targets overall, and by product
- Monitor and evaluate performance of existing product base
