Purpose of the Job
To advise and assist our Territory Sales Managers and other relevant stakeholders in jointly developing and implementing sales and marketing related plans and campaigns. To conceptualize, develop and implement collaborative initiatives, regional products/services and or platforms in order to significantly enhance the business performance.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
1. Building channel productivity
2. Managing customer relationships to minimize churn across customers in different product segments
3. Increasing new customer additions for digital tv business
4. Increasing customer acquisition, tag utilization, and acquisition rental revenue
5. Managing workforce to leverage opportunities
6. Work closely with Service Team to drive the sales agenda
Major Challenges :
1. Maintaining high revenues
2. Creating opportunities for sales of all products i.e. Standard Definition, High Definition, etc
3. Maintaining a good level of employee engagement
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction through proper handling of customer service team, and through training of sales professionals on sensitivity to customer needs
5. Managing customer relationship in the face of increasing competition
