Deliverables:
- Has good insight about Telecom industry business model. Should be able to connect linkages between input drivers and outcome.
- Understanding about Financial and Non-Financial performance metrics.
- Revenue and Opex F- casting and AOP.
- Participation into Revenue meeting and budgeting and keeping full knowledge about various revenue initiatives and building them into F- cast.
- Obtains and integrates cross functional inputs to develop rolling F- cast for the unit. Should be custodian of Planning and F- casting Process.
- Works closely with head of verticals within and outside finance to drive WoW projects for cost savings.
- To Help management in taking various strategic decisions by making what if scenario in various situations.
Educational Level: MBA in HR from premier B-school (2012-13) Batch
