Job Description :   We are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage Sales & Partnerships for Airtel Talk App across the globe. The person will be responsible for strategic partnerships by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.  Responsibilities:  - You will be a member of the Business Sales organization. With this role, you will have the opportunity to be on the front-lines introducing the brand to the targeted client base, through sales efforts   - You will be responsible for locating potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities with various client segments carriers, small wholesalers.  - Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials evaluating options resolving internal priorities  - Evaluating how best Airtel Talk App can fit into the partners portfolio & working closely with the technical teams to see the integration through  - Managing sales of the company's products and services within a defined geographic area and be responsible for achieving the sales target  - Manage end-to-end of Sales Operations cycle including:  - Generating leads for new account acquisition   - Identifying sales opportunities, qualifying the prospect and initiating discussions   - Doing sales presentations and writing sales proposals   - Closing the sales deal   - Take an active involvement in projects assigned time to time with a keen eye for solution   - Meeting and exceeding sales targets   - Work creatively to develop and circulate scalable best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team for long-term sustained success   Requirements :   - 2+ years of App sales experience in the B2B segment, business development experience; sales management experience preferred   - MBA or Masters degree  - Experience of working in an OTT for revenue generation along with technical know-how of Apps is a serious plus   - Able performer with proven track record of growing a customer base and exceeding sales goals with Penchant for technology, creativity to "think outside the box" and leadership to execute effectively.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs   - Ability to adapt and grow quickly and easily as we build the sales organization   - Be able to adapt to the changing needs of business and work with cross functional teams  - Vibrant, Flexible with a forthright character and the backbone to hold your own in a dynamic work environment.   - Proactive, hardworking, displaying ability to take decisions.
