AgroStar - Senior Executive - Accounts

Salary Offered: 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

- Ensuring Completeness & Accuracy of accounting relates to Purchases and Sales

- Verification of vendor invoices, payment of invoices

- Provide cost analysis of various products to Purchase for purchase planning.

- Ensuring timely vendor reconciliations

- Assist in maintenance of the financial reporting and general ledger structure

- Assist in an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports preparation

- Work with the manager to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit

- Supports budget and forecasting activities

- Experience of managing inventory in tally and reconciliations with physical verifications performed

Statutory Compliance:

- Detailed knowledge of VAT rules, Service Tax, and TDS.

- Knowledge of data required for VAT and ST returns.

- Previous experience of handling VAT, ST assessment is plus

Other Accounts Activities:

- Payroll related activities

- Correspondence and communication with bank, customers, consultants etc.

- Coordination with warehouses and vendors for Invoices and other documentations

- Other Accounts and Finance related work

Educational Background:

B.com/M.com/CA Inter/CWA Inter/MBA Finance

Desired Skills and experience:

- Minimum 3-4 years of core accounting experience in Manufacturing/Trading Company

- Good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Reporting framework in India

- Detailed Knowledge Tally and Inventory management in Tally is plus

- Proficient with MS office tool especially in Excel & Word

- Understanding of Direct & Indirect taxes

- Team player, Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
