AgroStar - Head - Marketing (8-15 yrs)

- Develop the annual Marketing Plan and associated supporting strategies, working closely with Sales, Call centre & procurement team. This plan will include the integration of multiple online and offline channels, product wise & region wise strategies to ensure achievement of strategic goals.

- Strategies and execute effective internal communication plan across organization.

- Positioning the brand to the right segment for respected products and services.

- Manage the entire marketing lifecycle - Defining the strategy, conceiving means and collaterals, design and working with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, through implementation

- Work closely with the Call Centre, procurement, Sales and strategy team to design and implement promotion schemes for market acquisition, deliver marketing collaterals, campaigns and events as per road map and objectives.

- Development of effective sales tools, training and execution of the same (for sales team) to generate better sales results.

- Plan, execute and oversee the organization's advertising and sales promotional activities both ATL & BTL. These include new literature, Posters, Banners, POPs and customer communication for boosting the sale for rural marketing and approve ads/creative/sales promotion.

- Ensure consistent communication of corporate image, branding and value proposition.

- To develop & monitor marketing budget, ROI for all marketing programs, build in qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate effectiveness of all marketing and communications initiatives.

- Generating positive media coverage through strategically planned PR, marketing, and advertising activities.

- Leverage digital marketing channels and mediums including website, SEO, SEM, Mobile, email campaigns and newsletters, events, video, and Social Media - pull-marketing- to maximize brand awareness, increase product visibility, and drive leads.

- Regular market visits to understand the market pulse and recommend appropriate strategies.

Region specific campaign development, implementation and monitoring to initiate trials and subsequent purchase.

Responsible for tracking competition, gathers information, filter information and utilize the same for tracking down the competition. Collating and analyzing market information through field visits and secondary data sources to keep abreast of the changing business requirements

Closely interacting with creative agencies to develop campaigns with 360 marketing approach.

- Manage & lead a team of Manager, coordinators & Graphic designer, define roles & responsibilities & effectively utilize resources to achieve targets. Perform any other activities as assigned.

Technical Skill Set :

- Thorough knowledge & understanding of marketing dynamics, marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales and business development.

- Advanced experience working with a variety of traditional and modern marketing and communications functions including branding and messaging to different target audiences.

- Development and implementation of social media plans and working with the press and other related media outlets.
