AGM/Sr Manager - IT/ITES

Overall responsibility for all IT service delivery and End User satisfaction for all IT users.

- On time delivery of all IT projects under infrastructure, SAP monitoring.

- Review, monitor and Improve service delivery of Outsourcing Partner. Creation and deletion of IT assets LNID, SAPID, Domain ID etc.

- Respond to Redundancy of datacenter, network and other backend operations.

Female candidate from a reputed college is preferred.
