Looking at a mature HR professional who is strong on HR fundamentals, good Communication, influencing and negotiation skills, detail oriented.
- Responsible for driving recruitment & selection process, knowledge management and sharing among employees, team building and professional approach in all functions, business score card approach and achievements, training and development, creation of data base of probable candidates to the company from other power companies located elsewhere, opportunities in targeting experts in the industry to be brought and inducted in the company in some form, develop a retention strategy with an aim of engaging & retaining key talent, monitoring the targets and achievements under periodical appraisal, creation of mentor and advisors within organisation, creation of career path and likely target in promotion or future function of any employee, informal get together and creation of best practices in HR.
Qualifications : Graduation with MSW / MBA with HR specialization.
Experience : 12 to 15 years post qualification.
- Candidates with Generalist HR experience / IR exposure predominantly in factory set up would be preferred.
Remuneration : To commensurate with experience and qualification.
Skill set :
- Knowledge of preparing HR annual operating plans and manpower budgeting
- Clear understanding of the provisions under the labour statutes, recent amendments etc.
- Sources of recruitment, different selection methodologies, Reference Check mechanism, Interview Assessment form and documentation
- Employee Life cycle management, employee benefits, confirmation, employee exits, managing absenteeism, compensation and Benefits
Performance management : Understanding of KRA setting, Balanced Score card, Appraisal formats and systems, increments guidelines
