AGM/Senior Manager - Brand - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Hiring for a AGM/Sr. Manager - Product(Brand) with a leading FMCG player.

Location: Mumbai

Job role:

Leading the Marketing & Communication efforts on the brand.

The role encompasses conceptualization & creation of Brand Key & Brand Purpose, Development of Marketing Mix and Deployment across ATL & BTL Media.

The role would work closely with the Product Category Team and Marketing Services team like Consumer Insights, Media, Digital & Brand Activation.

Development of Integrated Marketing Communication Plan in line with the strategy.

Create On-ground activation models in conjunction with the Activation Manager

Create Media & Content strategy & execution in conjunction with the Media & Digital Manager.

Education:

MBA (Marketing) from Premier B School.

Required skill set:

8+ years of experience with 6+ years in brand management.

Sales experience ( if any ) will be preferred.

Should have worked in a FMCG set up.
