Location : Bangalore
Role Description :
- Formulate and deliver Sales Objectives in alignment with Business Strategy
- Build the entire Sales Organisation for the Business
- Establish complete sales and distribution channel, processes and policies
- Work in tandem with Brand team for designing and executing an optimum activation strategy
Role Requirements :
- Should be a strategic thinker who can give direction to build the complete sales system
- Candidate should have demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and proven execution skills.
- Should have experience in setting up things from scratch
- Strong channel relationships in Bangalore/Karnataka
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales mostly from Beverages, FMCG industry
- Wide experience in General Trade, Modern Trade and Institutional Sales
- High on energy, positive attitude, openness to ideas.
- Post Graduate Degree in Business Management from premier institutes preferred.
