AGM - Retail Leasing - Real Estate (5-12 yrs)

- Strategizing & execution of transactions for the Retail real estate vertical.

- To identify new potential clients who are keen on Retail expansion.

- Leasing of Retail space in Malls/ Retail components in commercial projects.

- Lead Generation, Evaluation of lease offers, Negotiating terms & rentals, and deal closure.

- Recruit & grow marketing channels, and interact with them on a regular basis for market information and provide them details of Retail projects.

- Develop & maintain relationships, and network building with IPCs and corporate clients.

- Manage the preparation of Client Proposals & responses to techno-Retail RFPs.

- To prepare status report on the deals those are under various stages of progress/negotiations right from signing of LOI to commencement of business.

- Convert Letter of Intent to Lease & License/ Sale Agreement, and close the Lease/ Sale deals within shortest possible time.

- To ensure that the timelines are met with respect to taking possession of the premises by the client/s for fit outs and commencement of business and ensure that the clients fit outs are complete within stipulated time.

- Trend Analysis and Market Research Complete scan on Retail formats, competition, existing and upcoming
Retail developments, regulatory framework, local laws, Retail procedures.

- To ensure that the average rentals are achieved as per the business plan.

- Formulate and execute corporate Retail leasing policy.

- Maintaining constant contact with brokers, consultants, tenants to ensure timely execution of leases, amendments, temporary leases and terminations if required.

- Co-ordinate with internal departments for driving leasing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA with 10+ years of experience in leasing activities.

- Experience in the leasing department of Retail space.

- Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.

- Well versed with Financial Spreadsheets.

- Excellent Leasing and Negotiation Skills.

- Strong understanding of Legal aspects of Retail properties.

- Pro-active and Team Player.

- Industrious and Goal Oriented.
