- Good relationship & maintainability with customer,

- Achieving commitment with result oriented,

- Benchmarking presentation for complaints & actions,

- Continues improvement in PPM achievement from 138 PPM to - SINGLE DIGITE - PPM

- In-line quality problem solving through 7QC and DOE tools etc.

- Process & Product audit conducting to prevent the quality complaint.

- Top 5 Rejection analysis monitoring to achieve target PPM.

- QSB system implementation to improve the level of product quality,

- Conducting quality circle to solve major quality complaints,

- Conducting Process Capability & evaluate SPC reports during mass production,

- Providing Poke Yoke for customer & Inline complaints,

- PPAP documents Review at Supplier premises with all process in running condition
