AGM - Projects & Operations - Solar Industry

1. To lead the Operations and Projects division. Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Engineers for site work, Consisting Design engineers (AC, DC, Mechanical and Civil), Project Managers, Site Engineers etc.

2. Work allocation and distribution of team.

3. Correspondence with clients, site projects, team engineers.

4. To deal with the vendors, negotiations, ensure timely delivery of the goods at the respective site.

5. Timely delivery of the tasks in adherence of quality.

6. Review of documents, reports, suggest the improvements and the right way to implement them.

7. Project site monitoring, time to time visit to site to have a look on the proceedings.

8. Providing input and resolution for the running projects.

9. Up gradation & implementation of latest technologies and equipments.

10. Achievement of set goals and targets.

11. Efficiency improvements, competency developments to get the qualitative and desired output.

12. To curtail the operational costs and expenses.

13. Implementation of ISO and other similar standards.

14. Multitasking and excellent leadership and managerial skills.

15. Dealing with internal departments, contractors, sub contractors, clients, labour, service engineers etc.

16. To report and update the management on the proceedings and developments on project & operations side.

Additional

1. Computer literacy.

2. Flexible and adaptive to different site locations.

3. Willing to travel and stay at site (National or Overseas) as required.

4. Self starter with excellent organizational skills.

5. Added advantage to deal with Government offices if required.

6. Work Experience - 8-12 years

7. Age group - b/w 35-40
