AGM - Presales - BPO/KPO (10-20 yrs)
Urgently required AGM Presales with the largest KPO (ITES). This is a strategically aligned Senior Management role in Presales in Retail, LFSC, Manufacturing and ERU.
Broad responsibilities shall include:
- Complete coordination and delivery of customer responses and presentations, managing customer visits.
- Internal Liaisoning & Relationships
- Coordinate relationships with different support groups in BPO and with other internal groups
- Prepare necessary reports after collating information from various team members or groups
- Help the team to build competitive intelligence by preparing necessary reports and presentations
- Track industry benchmarks on a need basis
- Work with various cross functional teams to create solution for bids
- Reports, Dashboards and Knowledge management
- Ensure timely delivery of Engagement Calendar, Aging tracker
- Timely preparation of Pipeline movement grid for various verticals
- Conduct regular weekly meetings and track action items to closure
