AGM - Power Sales & Trading  Job Location : Bangalore  Job Description :  - Leading a team for developing the renewable power sales for southern region.  - To develop records / update on Power Sale.   - To compile all the data received from TN & KA / all other states covered under Third Party Sale / Group Captive going forward.  - Update on Regulatory development across the country on Renewables / Power Market.   - To prepare presentations / proposals.   - To collect all relevant document required to take consumer on board, compile and handover to the respective department with record.  - To study the PPA & SHA (duly approved draft) unsigned and signed, find out peculiar clauses and list them out to understand deviation.  - To prepare Approval notes of respective agenda and present to Management Committee.   - To compile MIS and submit monthly report.   - To keep records and give reminder to renewal of PPA & SHA.   - To get issuance of REC, do documentation, trading and keep record.   - To take care of CER activity - Registration / uploading project, Report / coordination with UNFCCC.  - To keep track and arrange to make payment for renewal / accreditation / Registration fees for IEX / PXIL / consultants.  - To coordinate with Accounts and Company Secretary on payment follow-up, Credit Notes, allocation ratio and Shareholding.  - To coordinate with TN & KA offices for respective details / updates / follow-up.  - To collect relevant document and information to get ISO audit conducted.   - To go for signing of PPA (once nominated) wherever new plant comes up across the country.  Note :  - Job is stationed at HO (New Delhi), may need to travel outside the state whenever required.   - All above activities are applicable both for Wind and Solar.  Salary range - 11-14 LPA
