AGM - Operations - Life Insurance/General Insurance

Requirement of AGM- Life insurance/General Insurance with a leading MNC

Opportunity is with a leading MNC.

JD/Process Requirement :

- 13 -19 years of extensive experience across different geographies and domains under Insurance - Life Insurance, Annuity, and Retirement.

- Leadership experience in BPO.

- Must have experience in handling 120-150 FTE's.

- Proven ability to project manage new initiatives and process changes

- Ability to manage problems effectively and efficiently, particularly under pressure and ambiguity

- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate both internally and externally on a variety of levels across the delivery centers, the client and staff.

- Ability to work within a challenging client environment

- Able to adapt and design frameworks for audit management and reporting, quality management and compliance.
