Position/Designation : Associate General Manager– Marketing (Presales)

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various projects’ sales teams:
- To lead a team of about 10 in-house pre-sales team members and about 40 member outsourced team to generate quality walk-ins across various projects of the group
- To improve lead management processes, TATs and device policies for enabling max lead conversion
- To assign targets for various team members, monitor their performance and ensure that all of them achieve targets
- To monitor quality of various activities/processes followed at the in-house as well as the outsourced centres
- To come up with insights that would influence media plans, BTL plans so as to ensure maximum value for the monies spent on various mediums
- To know and understand the mediums / systems/ Technologies used by other industries to manage leads and adopt best practices in the organization
- To prepare dashboards for the consumption of top management

Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification : MBA from a tier-1/2 institute
- Work Experience : min 5 yrs experience
