A large group with various business in agri field is hiring for a Marketing role at the corporate level to be based at Nigeria. They are looking for someone who is an MBA from top notch B school and has 7+ years of experience in marketing field ideally at the corporate level.

Responsibilities:

Planning, Budgeting & Implementation : Plan & implement various product planning, contents & services partnership, marketing communication strategy, ATL, BTL activities based on the on budget on monthly/Yearly basis

- Ensure that marketing activities are in line with sales & business needs for Brand & all business divisions

- External communication

- End to end Media Relationship management including acting's as SPOC person for Brand, Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share

- This role will lead the thinking on overall strategy, business model, consumer initiatives, brand planning, and budget management across the various business units in Africa

- Identify Market Requirements For Current And Future Products By Conducting Market Research Supported By On-going Visits To Customers And Channel Partners

- Provide Inputs On Product Pricing By Utilizing Market Research Data, Reviewing Production And Sales Costs, Anticipating Volsume

- Obtain Product Market Share By Working With Sales Team To Develop Product Sales Strategies

- Determine And Adhere To Budgets For Atl, Btl And Other Branding Activities

- Drive Growth In The Product Category, Ensure Top Line & Bottom Line For Category And Ensure Market Share Objectives Are Met As Per Business Plan By Creating Strong Demand Creation

- Identify And Drive Consumer Promotions For The Category At A Central Level And Monitor Effectiveness Of The Same

- Develop Promotional Material And Distribution For The Category Products.

- Evaluate Promotional Plans To Ensure That They Are Consistent With Product Line Strategy And That The Message Is Effectively Conveyed
