We are currently looking for a Manager/Sr.Mgr Exports/AGM Exports position with the topmost Agro Processing and Exports Conglomerate in India.

The position is to be based at the Gurgaon.

Company Profile:

Our client has over 125 years in the Food Processing Industry in India and exports Alphonso Mango Pulp, Totapuri Mango Pulp, Guava Pulp, Sweetened Alphonso Mango Pulp, Mango Pickle, Sesame Seed, Cashew Nuts, Peanuts, Cumin Seed, Fennel Seed, Fenugreek, Coriander Seed , Bakery Ingredients, Fruit Jams, Tutti Fruiti, Red Chillies & Button Mushrooms etc. to various countries across the globe. It is one of the first cos. to introduce aseptic packaging in the beverage category (a high-end packaging procedure that preserved the natural goodness of drinks in hygienic packs)

Candidate Profile :

Profile is for AGM Marketing - Exports – Candidates should be in International Marketing of Agro Commodity, Experience – Min 10 Years and above


Educational Qualification - MBA

Role Profile:

- Heading Export Documentation Department.

- Creating new Buyers/market & Coordinating with Old Buyers

- Negotiating with different suppliers in terms of price.

- Shipment management (Sea/ Air)

- Export documentation (Performa Invoice to BRC)

- Coordinate with CHA / Shipping lines

- Coordinate with Export promotion council ( APEDA), DGFT , FICCI , Spice Board , FDA ( USA) , SGF ( EUROPE) , Embassies and all related authorities .

- Coordinate with Govt . Authorities to claim Export incentives, DEPB, VKGUY, Transport Assistance, MDA, VAT refund, Service tax Refund etc.

- Managing different aspects of business like preparing annual business plan.

- Implementation of business plan and sales forecasting etc

- Monitoring overall sales growth of products on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis as per defined targets.

- Identifying and developing potential clients in the targeted markets/industries in different international markets.

- Tapping profitable business opportunities and position product as per market needs.

- Negotiating strategic foreign tie ups for enhancing business opportunities with overseas agent & distributors.

- Determining product strategy using pricing and product mix.

- Identifying agents/distributor and managing distribution networks resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

- Arranging & attending trade fairs, business meets in different countries.
