AGM - IT Procurement

Location: Mumbai

CTC: MAX 18L

Key Purpose: Motivate, lead and develop a high performing team to manage IT Procurement to meet business requirements.

Role:

An AGM IT Procurement needs to set processes, understand requirements and source right solutions related to IT procurement to all internal customers. The AGM IT Procurement is required to supervise deliver all procurement needs based on business requirements; Liaise with all Department and Processes; Liaise with external vendors to ensure Business continuity in the organization.

Key relationships:

Internal:

Technology team, Operations Team, All support functions including IT/ HR/ WFM/ Recruitment/ Training etc, Audit teams, Senior Management Leadership

External:

Client, Vendors, External Government agencies, External Audit agencies

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure adherence to timelines (Turn Around Time) assigned to each step of procurement for timely completion.

- Analyze the Request for Procurement (RFP) received from various processes/departments

- Liaise with external vendors to receive quotations and other details such as delivery schedules & payment terms.

- Prepare Comparison sheet and negotiate on terms with Vendors for cost effective procurement.

- Ensure Approval Notes are prepared with proper documentation.

- Place Purchase Orders as and when required.

- Ensure on time delivery by vendors.

- Liaise with Finance & Admin for import consignment clearance.

- Ensure payments are processed and released on time (in collaboration with Finance team)

- Prepare and generate MIS reports such as:

- Monthly report of PO details (Process wise, Equipment wise, Payment Term wise)

- Purchase Order Released (PO summary)

- Capex documents

- Payments received and pending

- Provide necessary inputs to Asset team and Duty Managers for all the Purchase Orders placed and deliveries received.

- Handle, control and manage vendors to achieve successful procurement cycle completion.

- Co-ordinate with Admin department to facilitate timely delivery of import equipment's.

Essential experiences:

- Min 7 to 10 years of experience in Facility Management and Administration preferably in a contact centre / Service centre environment
