Brief role profile:

Looking for someone with experience in:

- IVR

- Working in Call Centre environment

- Server Management / Data Center / Hardware

- Microsoft CRM Dynamics

Added Advantages:

- Oracle Financials

- Fleet Management & Maintenance

Responsibility includes:

- Managing at least 4-5 locations/offices with the minimum 500 - 700 IT users with 10-20% of mobile users over VPN

- Managing at least 15-20 IT engineers

- Managing 24/7 operations
