Qualification: CA OR LLB

Exp: 12 to 15 Years PQE

Job Details:

1) Expert Knowledge of Indirect Taxation and fair understanding of Direct Taxation

2) Filing of Indirect tax Return, making tax calculations and submission thereof

3) Expert knowledge of various rule & regulations related to input credit, point of taxation, appeal, assessment etc.

4) appearing before the assessing officer for assessment and other matters

5) Drafting of appeals and filing thereof and also appearing before commissioner appeals to handle the appeal

6) Engaging with consultants for matters pending in tribunal, and high court and supreme court

7) Tax planning and ensuring compliance of various provisions

8) Representing in the various tax forums, seminars and raise the common issues related to Sector

9) Keeping management updated about the changing in laws and implementation thereof in SAP

10) Keeping SAP in line with the applicable laws so as to avoid any deviation

11) providing training to users on indirect taxation and also provide guidance to procurement team in regard to tax applicable on commercial contracts
