AGM - Human Resources - Oil & Gas/Telecom

Looking for a AGM HR to be based in Mumbai, responsible for:

- Helping grow a new business line

- Translation of business strategy in workforce requirements and plans. Individual should have strong project management experience

- Managing and setting up project teams across India

- Looking after talent acquisition and leadership development

Requirements:

- Full time MBA from a reputed institute

- Minimum 10 yrs of experience

- Worked with large established firms, with a stable track record
