- We have an opening for AGM HR with a leading Micro Finance Institution based out of Eastern India. This role reports directly into the head of HR with five to six zonal managers reporting into the incumbent.   - The role covers managing a team and the entire gamut of HR activities including administration, employee relations, strategy and policy making, learning and development and manpower planning.  Responsibilities and Experience :  Manpower Planning and Recruitment :  - Involve in managing the entire talent acquisition flow, strategizing and planning for recruitment activities and resource management for across level positions. Manage the recruitment effort for the enormous expansion and responsible for end-to-end recruitment.   Learning & Development :  - Training and learning need identification for all levels, Developing training calendar and facilitate training programs.  - Formulate, design and execute the various training modules ranging from Time management, team work, tableau, excel, brand building, marketing concepts, structured thinking   Employee Engagement and Employee Relations :   - Analyse, develop and review policies and regulations for personnel matters.  - Analyse and interpret people related metrics to identify trends and inform the development and improvement of ER policies and processes, management development activities and employee engagement.  - Provide expert specialist ER expertise and guidance on local and Society wide key people-related initiatives and change programs, ensuring they are fit for purpose, fulfill our legal obligations and add value to the Society.   - Advise and assist in developing, planning, directing, and implementing procedures to produce effective and efficient management of the employee relations function.  - Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters.   - Facilitates communication among employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation avoidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques.   Performance Management :   - Executing effective Performance Management Process  - Rewards and Recognition  - Formal performance review  - Talent Management   - Planning Talent, Successions, Reviews etc  HR Operations :   - Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures,   - Communication and implementation of HR policies and programs, Grievance handling   - Policy formulation - sexual harassment policy, exit policy, ethics policy  Compensation and Benefits :  - Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals  - Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives  - Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)  - Monitoring salary structure and benefits at all times  MBA in HR from Reputed Institutes may apply.  Salary Range: 13 - 15 LPA
