Location : Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Reporting to : Head HR

Essentials:

- Candidate should be having minimum 8 years of experience age limit 30-40 years.

- Candidate from Retail/BPO/BFSI/KPO are preferred.

- Candidate should have handled large team members.

- Candidate should have handled overall gamut of HR.

- Preferred male candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

- This role is responsible for helping develop the people vision and people strategy with the CHRO, ensuring alignment with business vision and goals. To develop HR systems and processes that support talent acquisition, talent management and development.

- To create an engaged workforce through rewards and performance management strategy, learning and development strategy.

- To plan and formulate cost efficient budget for all HR functions

- To finalise talent acquisitions budgets based on manpower plans in coordination with the functional heads

- To ensure positive return on investments for strategic HR initiatives

- To build and communicate employer brand to attract, retain and develop the best talent in the education industry.

- To build and maintain relationship with business heads to design talent acquisition and management policies which are linked to business.

- To create a culture of enhanced internal customer satisfaction through continuous improvement in delivering services to the employees.

- To develop strategy for people processes in line with the business strategy and direction.

- To develop and maintain transparent HR policies and practices that build a positive work environment and promotes an organisational culture of honesty, sincerity and entrepreneurship.

- To develop People strategy which is competitive and attracts and retains the best of talents.

- To ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes.

- To keep abreast of latest developments in HR strategies, systems and processes and benchmark against HR best practices.

- To design talent development and training policies to ensure development of talent pipeline within the organization.

- To select and develop a team of HR professionals to develop robust HR processes in line with people vision and business goals

- To ensure smooth induction and familiarization of team members with the organizational culture and business environment.

- HR Plan implemented as per timeliness and quality parameters .

- Budget variance.

- Recruitment and development of key managerial talent.

- HR cost per employee.

- Percentage retention of key talent.

- Employee satisfaction/ engagement index.

- Development of leadership pipeline and succession planning.
