Qualification: MBA/PGD's - HR from reputed Institutes
Experience –10 + yrs (preferred age group of 40+)
Role/Responsibilities:
Manage the HR function entailing:
- Talent Acquisition
- Induction
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Appraisal
- Policies and Procedures
- Payroll
- Statutory Compliance along with General Administration and Personnel Management.
Desired Profile:
- Candidate should posses clear understanding of the industry trends with the distinction of instituting new practices to achieve excellence in HR Operations .
Preference to Ex Defence Personnel, Banking Industry with relevant HR experience
Location – New Delhi
Compensation: Negotiable, approx range of 12-14 Lac per annum
