Job Description:

Primary Responsibility: Partnering with teams Store Set-Up & Planning, Legal, BAR and Training to ensure store launch readiness as per timelines

- To prepare & monitor the People PERT based on the Roll-Out plan for Supermarket & Compact Hypermarket Stores.

- To partner with BAR-the team-member hiring team- for hiring and joining of team-members for stores as per people strategy parameters

- To partner with Training team for joining, induction & on-job training for all new hires as per training plans.

- To partner with Legal Team and Associate Services Team to ensure all legal documents pertaining to store-launch are completed as per process.

- Associate Attrition: to control and monitor attrition numbers and related costs

- Manage and partner in effective implementation of People policies and practices across business.
