AGM - HR Compliance - BPO/KPO/IT/FMCG/Telecom (8-15 yrs)
Looking for AGM- HR Compliance for Gurgaon location. This would be a Pan India role.
- Establishing two-way formal as well as informal internal communication channels to bring transparency in Industrial relation system
- Institutionalising sustainable IR policies which are in short-term and long-term interest of the organization
- Liaising with Labour Department and papering and executing IR policies / procedures along with implementation of the same in betterment of organization and employees
- Negotiating and amicably settling of issues among the workmen staff, officers, managers and unions arising due to time office, salary & wage administration matters
- Dealing with PF, ESIC, Factory Department, Labour Court and Domestic Enquiry
- Conceptualising practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Employment Exchange and State Migrant Act, Wages and Compensation Act, Apprenticeship Act, Pollution Acts, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Commercial Establishment Act, Shops and Establishment Act, Contractual Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act in developing and implementing organisation's policies, procedures, documents and orders to minimise legal and statutory risks.
- Handing HR & legal compliance, ER-IR Issues, Employees Grievances etc
- Handling Vendor Compliance
- Liaison with Labour & Government department
- Drafting compliance reports against show-cause notices received by clients
