Qualification: MBA

Job Profile

Scope: Entire gamut of HR for the business except recruitments

- Performance management for all the staff at the business level.

- Alignment of individual KRA to that of Business.

- Performance planning, counseling .

- Business support to plants and functions

- Technical training

- Employee Engagement

Skill set: Engineering industry people practices.

- Interpersonal relations

- Perspective management

- Culture building

- Written and verbal communications in Hindi and English

- System development

Basic awareness of industrial relations is an advantage

Candidate from Auto industry will be preferred.
