Monitor the deliverables for quality and controls  - Change Management: Initiate, design and support implementation of new systems and bring about process efficiencies and meet regulatory requirements.  - Liaising with the middle-office to understand the bookings and flag any potential issues  - Explanation of reported PnL in terms of risk position and the spread movement. Investigation of unexplained PnL,  - Substantiation and escalation of Material PnL Adjustments  - Reconciliation between General Ledger and middle office PnL reporting tools & processing relevant adjustments  - Liaising with the desk and middle office to resolve breaks in the P&L reporting tools and general ledger,  - Processing month-end/intra-month charges and reserves,  - Monthly Balance Sheet Verification (GBSOV),  - Commenting on Daily / week on week Balance-Sheet movements,  - Liaising with Op and settlements team to resolve any settlement breaks  Mohan Manimaran | AVTAR Career Creators  Direct: 044- 42941236
