AGM | Head - Industrial Engineering

Handling: Machines, Boilers, Analyze & Design facilities, material handling system, manufacturing and production systems, information systems and individual and group workplaces, evaluating the quality problems in cutting, sewing, finishing and providing solution after discussing with Tech and Quality team within the factory.

- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of all Industrial sewing machines.

- Planning of machinery requirement and procurement of the same; sourcing & procurement of spares.

- Responsible for Factory compliances with regards to safety.

- Responsible for asset management & cost management.

- Grading of maintenance technicians and design of training modules for them.

- Candidate should have very good technical, production & quality knowledge.

- Should improve the productivity of the factory.

- Should have minimum 10 Yrs Plus in IE dept & specially handled Knits division.

- Should have very good interpersonal skills.

Language Known: Kannada (Speak), English
