AGM - Group Corporate Communications - Business Conglomerate

- 8-10 years of marketing/brand experience of which at least 6 years in, Corporate Communications or External Communications role in a corporate or

- 10+ years of experience in client servicing in advertising, PR, media marketing or digital/social media

- A Masters degree in Mass Communication / Advertising/ PR or equivalent.

Or

- A bachelors degree with relevant experience in Media relations/advertising/brand building/corporate communications

Or

- Masters in Business Administration with front line experience

- Will be responsible for Murugappa Group Brand campaign work targeting external & internal stakeholders and influencers, across various media

- Proven expertise in corporate branding, media planning and implementation

- Experience in social / digital campaign planning and implementation

- Ability to write articles across a range of topics / issues

- Direct PR campaign experience will be an advantage

- Strong project management skills

- Ability to influence and drive consensus in working with distributed teams

- Ability to work with leadership team across diverse organisations

- Manage all media campaigns of the Group in TV/ Print/ Digital/ Outdoor - work with agency to develop strategy, creatives and implement plans

- Host/ manage all external events/ sponsorships for Group Corporate Communications

- Coordinate with Market Research agencies

- Manage content and updates on company website - work with agency/ administrator to drive traffic and click-throughs

- Conceptualise, develop and implement social media campaigns

- Digital media planning and implementation

- Work with the PR agency in implementing media relations strategy, which includes pitch to media, conduct media meetings, interviews and interactions.

- Prepare briefing documents for spokespersons.

- Drive continuous & relevant presence of the Murugappa Group in the media and prepare all related documents - releases, mailers & updates.

- Support in Employee Branding activities- collaterals and events

- Coordinate internally to implement the above
