Experience: of 8 to 15 years.

MBA

- Should have MNC exposure

- Strong experience within the FMCG category that is Personal Care, Skin Care, Hair Care and Foods.

- Will handle the brand management function for a large brand or group of brands,

- Will lead the brand marketing initiative for the category and drive growth.

- Will have a team of 5 to 7 people at the Sr BM, BM and ABM levels.

- Strong team management experience.

- Out of the total experience of 8 to 15 years a minimum of 5 years in brand management function.

Location will be Calcutta or Mumbai
