We are looking for a AGM - HR with extensive ex in comp and ben, Talent management and OD Interventions.
- Review & Revamping of HR policies as per the field requirement and communication of the same to the field.
- Design and implementation of Reward and Recognition programmes
- Employee Engagement Survey
- Work life balance and Fun @ work Initiatives.
- Management Resource Review (MRR) implementation & ensure quarterly review.
- Goal Setting / Reviews Exercise
- Employee Communication process
- Transfer/Relocation cases discussion with Reporting Managers
- Provide solutions related to VCPL HR Policies related queries.
- HR Balance Score Card
- Supervision of HR Operations, MIS, Third Party Employee Management
- HRMS Deployment
This person would report to the Head HR and would be supported by a team of three people.
