AGM - Finance - Manufacturing (7-12 yrs)

Major Responsibilities:-
1) Balancing accounts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
2) Preparing financial statements on either a regular schedule or when requested
3) Ensuring all financial practices are legal and within guidelines as outline in federal or state laws
4) Participating in budget and planning meeting with individuals or business to provide necessary information and recommendations for investments or financial opportunities.
5) Monitor all statutory compliances in regards to the firm.
6) Cash flow management as forecasted and prioritization and payments to be done.
7) Prepare operational and risk reports for management analysis
8) Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, and boards of directors.
9) Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments.
10) Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets.
11) Develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status of firms.
12) Independent handling of Tax audit and certifications etc.
