Qualified HR Professional with More than 10 years of Exp.
Should have worked on several engagements in the areas of Organization structuring, Post Merger Integration, Job Evaluations, Performance Management (including implementation of Balanced Scorecard), Competencies and Reward Management.
Profile : Heading Talent Management and Organizational Development
Talent Management :
- Manage the execution of the leadership and talent development strategy aimed specifically at building capability in terms of leadership skills and competencies.
- Drive talent development interventions to support accelerated learning and growth of high potentials / top talent (mentoring /coaching, specialized training programs, action learning projects etc.)
- Work closely with business heads for talent development, succession planning, capability building and enhancement of existing talent
Employee Engagement :
- Develop an Employee Engagement Program to improve the employee engagement level in the organization
