AGM/DGM - Purchase - Infrastructure (10-15 yrs)
Our client is one of the well known profit making infrastructure company. It also has a manufacturing division where in they manufacture products related to construction industry.
Our client is looking for DGM/ GM purchase
We are looking only mechanical engineers with 10 to 15 years experience in Procurement.
A candidate with experience in Infrastructure is preferred. His knowledge in Import and export would be added advantage.
Other responsibilities include:
- To develop, implement and review all procurement strategies, policies and procedures to provide a best value procurement environment.
- To lead, manage and deliver procurement in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the business.
- Negotiation of commercial supplier agreements.
- To strategize and achieve specific post order cost saving measures.
- To manage procurement staff, customers and suppliers in a coherent and effective manner
- Investigate, and re-engineer where appropriate, all processes and systems within procurement and deliver the procurement strategy.
