Client : Biggest 4G telecom network PAN India.  Hiring for following locations : Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, Patna, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Ahmedabad  Role:  - Drive Usage  - Understand the market and customers, their varied needs and the usage trends  - Identify customer segments for the churn campaigns  - Design incentive programs to increase product usage for each of the customer segment  - Work with the state CSD teams to drive retention campaigns  - Support Product Design  - Collaborate with NHQ level product development teams and provide them with feedback on product design basis the usage trends across segments  - Support Campaign Execution  - Liaise with state marketing team and support them in the execution of campaigns and act as a source of information on product features and usage  - Market Intelligence  - Continuously gather data on market conditions and competitors  - Review new initiatives among competitors and keep the company at the forefront of innovation
