AGM/DGM - Human Resources - Real Estate/Infra/Mfg (10-15 yrs)
Functional Experience :
- HR Business Partner
- HR Operations - Recruitment, on-boarding, payroll,statutory compliance, etc.

Deliverables of the role :
- Ensure HR support to the business.
- Responsible for the Departmental / Functional Structure and time to time revisions in it.
- Look into the adequacy of manning and their capabilities in terms of skill-sets.
- Help in controlling attrition.
On an operational level, the HR Business Partner role is required to undertake the following :
Talent Acquisition & On boarding :
- Partner with HOD in creation of Manpower Plan, revisions or additions (if any) basis new projects during the year.
- Draw up Job Descriptions for new positions (if any).
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify right candidates by a) leveraging connect from the market, b) usage of low cost recruitment engine like Employee Referral Scheme.
- Campus Connect with Institutes for both Summer as well as Final placements.
- Facilitate on boarding of the new hires. Nomination of the buddy, training of new buddies, creation of their profiles in Fusion and maintaining their files / records.
HR Operations / HR Services :
- Driving HR policies and SOPs in the respective domains.
- Execution of PMS - completion of goal setting, appraisals,performance feedback
- Reassignments
- Separations including exit interviews, F&F, etc.
- Collate data for the MIS and feed it into the HRIS.
- Analyse and resolve attendance, leave and OD issues. Issue Service Certificates, letters, etc.
- Ensure quality standards and timely closure of Confirmations.
- Act as a SPOC for addressing queries related to people policies, communicating changes in these as and when they happen and track compliance.
Employee Engagement :
- Execution of Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Employee connect - listening to employee issues and attempting to resolve them on an on-going basis
- Partner with HOD, Talent Management team and HR Head with respect to talent management and L&D initiatives.
- Proactively stemming attrition of Key Resources.
