- Planned and managed on schedule the complete recruitment life-cycle for best talent from diverse sources - Open Market, Campus / Off Campus, Internal selections & Referrals.

Learning & Development :

- Diagnosed, analyzed, suggested OD initiatives for HR Process Maturity at different levels

- Steered systems for individual & organizational learning

- Project Design for induction programs for new joinees

Strategic HR :

- Formulated HR Business Plans integrated with Organization .

- Policy formulation and implementation for Talent Management.

- Leadership Role in Corporate HR Policies for Employee Satisfaction, includes Policy bench-marking, formulation, implementation, functional support, audit & review.

PMS/Career Planning :

- Designing performance framework for performance and competency evaluation to drive performance culture.
