- Maintain cordial industrial relations & taking Disciplinary action in organisation through initiating settlement proceedings and enabling workers to voice their opinion on a common platform.
- Exposure of Handling Unions and Long term settlements
- Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers.
- Comply with the provisions of various labour legislations and ensure 100% compliance to all statutory obligations /labor law over a factory as an employer.
- To ensure disciplinary action and proceedings for all reported and categorized indiscipline as per statute provisions.
- To build and maintain high level of Trust with Unions and ensure cordial harmonious industrial relations at the factory level.
- Drive monthly Union & Management meetings to promote business understanding and take the Union into confidence in driving business priorities
