About our Client - Our client is one the leading oldest established business houses in the country. They are looking at implementation of SAP and Successfactors in their HR system and an HR expert to join them in the HR IT Systems team in Mumbai

Job Description - Reporting to the Head-HR and managing a team of 3 reportees, you would be responsible for:

- Conceptualization and implementation of SAP and SuccessFactors on an all India basis in the HR practice

- Communication with senior stakeholders including the IT team on streamlining processes and policies as per SAP as a platform

- Being a technical expert on implementation and roll out of SAP and SuccessFactors

- Determining maximum utilization and efficiency of HR policies and processes on the platform

The Successful Candidate - You would have 10+ years of experience in HR IT systems and processes. You would be an expert in SAP and Sucessfactors implementation. You would preferably come with a prior background in IT and have strong knowledge of HR processes. You would have a proven track record in managing senior stakeholders and possess a high business acumen.
