Also to organisations which has provided products to 5 different projects & financed by 5 different non-development banks.  With an annual capacity of 500 MW till 2015 (approaching 1.2 GW by 2018), the Organisation has an International presence in 32 countries.  ROLE: AGM / DGM - PRODUCT & BRAND MANAGEMENT  Required experience:  - 8-12 years of experience in marketing, branding  - MBA with specialization in Marketing preferably  - Product/ brand management in manufacturing sector (ideally should be part of central (HO) team)  - Proven capability in driving large scale marketing activities (across ATL and BTL), preferably in a B2B environment  - Sharp data analytical skills with ability to relate with qualitative understanding of consumer reality.   - Good written and verbal articulation skills in English and presentation skills to key customers.   Key Responsibilities:   Product initiatives: Manage all activities related to new product launches and expansion of existing products to new markets.  Strategic initiatives: Coming up with ideas for keeping the brand apace with the growing needs of the market. Regularly conducting Brand Health studies and research to understand what the customer wants  Marketing initiatives: These initiatives include thematic & tactical communication for the brand encompassing various media.   - Marketing Activities: Planning Go-to-Marketing strategies, Marketing Promotions, Product Launch Activity planning and execution- ATL and BTL  - Branding initiatives  - Vendor management  - Lead Generation Activities: Events Participation, E-mailers, online Marketing on websites, Marketing Announcement Mailers etc.  - Channel/Partner Activities: Promoting channels via Marketing and ensure that activities are carried out by partners as agreed.  - Strategic Alliances: Tying up with partners for joint promotions, marketing to their customer base.  - External Communications: Knowing Marketing Tools, good presentations and communications skills to convey appropriate messaging across external and cross function teams with internal ops and brand teams to ensure seamless customer and brand experience.  - Analysis & Feedback: Conducting Partners and End Customers Survey, Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends and check the effectiveness and ROI of Marketing Campaigns.  - Drive brand awareness and adoption, by spearheading various online campaigns.  REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Position will report to MD and will have the Visualizer and other Marketing people as reportees. This position will head the entire Domestic Team and work in line with International Team.
