Responsibilities:
- Hard core experience in corporate/project finance including debt and equity. This entails financing of greenfield/expansion projects
- Initial Public Offerings (IPO)
- Project feasibility studies
- Business valuations and assisting the company for strategic business ventures and tie-ups
- Debt restructuring
- Dealing with consortium of bankers
- Conduct credit appraisal of business proposal and process appraisal for appropriate credit sanctions.
Salary offered:12 - 18 LPA
