Experience - 8+ post qualification experience

R2R Delivery Manager is responsible for all client - related tasks inclusive of the achievement of high client satisfaction. Manager is the main interface to the external client and is responsible for service delivery in payroll area .

- He/she is responsible as people managers to manage employees delivering the client service, including their development and availability.

- He/she maintains awareness of contracted service levels, plans and outlooks and is the primary interface for all planning matters related to the client contract.

Required :

- Master's Degree

- At least 8+ years experience in F&A

- At least 5 years experience in R2R service delivery and transition

- At least 5 years experience in People management

- English: Fluent
