AGM/DGM/GM - Commercial Air-Conditioning Division (15-20 yrs)

We are hiring for AGM/GM/DGM- Commercial Air-Conditioning Division for Bahrain Location with one of our leading clients .Please find below the JD:

KRAs:

- Prepare short and medium term plans for the business unit.

- Prepare budgets for the same clearly depicting projected sales and profitability for the division.

- Agree the same with the COO, CEO and the board.

- Develop and drive the business development, sales, design, project management, execution and service yeams to maximize sales and profitability.

- Plan along with his team the project planning, execution and hand over schedules and its subsequent successful implemention for delivering quality projects to the clients full satisfaction.

- Develop subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

- Ensure payment terms as per corporate credit policy while invoicing and monitor collections of money as per agreed terms to ensure liquidity of the business.

- To manage man, machine and material to ensure that optimum utilisation of each resource is achieved.

- Create a complete team at all levels to ensure sustainable business

- Effective control of costs to ensure that the division generates the numbers that have been budgeted.

Qualification: BE Mechanical / BE Electrical

MBA in Finance Preferable

Experience: 15 YEARS Experience in similar/related industry out of which 5 years as a profit centre head

Industry: Commercial Air-Conditioning Division
