AGM/DGM - Central Operations  - The position is that of an AGM/DGM Central Operations for a leading Micro-finance Institution, Headquartered in Kolkata. S/he will be required to lead a team of Zonal Operating Managers, Team Leader - Customer Care & Operations Executives, and will ensure smooth implementation of AAC & Risk Plans, manage Sales Training, Customer Care (both inbound and outbound) and other back-end operations.  - Post Graduate MBA will be preferred.  - Must have at least 10-12 years of experience in handling operations at an BFSI, preferably in a Micro-finance Institution. People with knowledge of the following will be preferred:  - Back-end operations, esp. Banking Correspondent relationships  - Customer Care  - Business quality issues esp. related to training and audit  - The Candidate should have Excellent Team management skills, Strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills, and knowledge of the MIS systems and should be proficient in Handling of back-end Ops (including Customer Care), Micro-finance operations, and must have exposure to training function and handling large teams.
