They are looking for a Finance professional with a proven track record in handling Business Finance functions for Branded Formulations.  The position will report in to the Head of Finance (CFO) and will have a team of persons reporting in to him. The job is based in Bangalore.  The role will be responsible for the Branded Formulation Business Finance function and will encompass - Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis, Reporting, providing decision making support to the Management and Business Partnering.  The ideal candidate will need to be a Chartered Accountant with at least 8-10 years experience. Branded Formulations experience in an reputed healthcare manufacturing company is a must.  Others skills one must possess are strong financial and commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, effective and clear communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and manage a team, drive and initiative.
